The Sprite Urban Games took place on Clapham Common 30th June - 2nd July 2006; a three day festival which brings together a lot of the top names in the UK and international talent in action sports, break-dancing and turntablism, with the largest ever UK prize pot.
This was the Verts first outing, and it was hired for the vert skateboarding and BMX competitions. People at the event were stoked, saying the structure and appearance of the Vert was amazing, whilst the riders also all agreed that it was the best portable ramp they had ever skated. All the riders were attempting new tricks as it felt so solid.
There was a media gathering on the first day of the event and various media representatives were also present over the three days. The ramp was featured on London Tonight, and footage from the competition held on the Vert was also featured on the hour long show 'Freesports On 4'. Also, due to King Ramps' agreement with Extreme TV, footage of the ramp at the Urban Games has been used on a programme on their international channel.

"Great looking product. Pleasure to work with on site and very amenable. If I need a Vert ramp again I would definitely ask King Ramps."
